We will focus on practical and low cost solutions. This training course is suitable for staff from repairs and maintenance services in housing associations and local authorities.

Housing Associations (Registered Social Landlords) play a major role in communities providing not only homes, but also delivering a diverse range of services to local people and partner organisations. This half day event will provide an overview and understanding of the housing association sector and will answer, why, when, what and how. This course is aimed at tenants, residents, staff and board members who are new to social housing and staff from partner or outside organisation who wants to gain an insight into the work of housing associations.

Didn’t they do well? Getting to grips with Performance Information
@ The Unite Building, Cardiff – 16th October 2012

This new training course is designed to develop participant’s confidence in reviewing and scrutinizing performance information so that they can make informed decisions, challenge information and hold their landlord to account about how they are performing. This course is suitable for tenants who may be on groups such as Scrutiny Panels, Service Improvement Groups and those who sit on Monitoring and Performance Committees. The course is also suited to Board Members and Staff who present Performance Information to tenants.
