Meet the TPAS Cymru Team

Staff members at TPAS Cymru have an extensive knowledge of social housing, with a focus on issues from the tenant perspective and for the benefit of tenants. Over the past 20 years we have developed a strong track record in developing effective participation through training, support, practical projects and policy development. Our Teams are split between North Wales, based in Llandudno Junction and South Wales, based in Cardiff. Between our two teams we are able to respond to our members needs across wales.

South Wales

Samantha Roblin

Finance Manager

Samantha is the Finance Manager for TPAS Cymru. She joined TPAS Cymru in January 2002. She is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the accounts, so she’s the one to beware of, if you owe us money!

Nina Langrish

Project Officer

Nina Langrish is a Project Officer for the TPAS Cymru South Wales region. She has worked in the voluntary, social housing and housing support sector for the last ten years. Nina took up post in March 2006 and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality service to our members. Nina brings a range of knowledge and experience that will contribute to the growth and development of the organisation and in particularly wishes to develop the supported housing membership and services to that sector.

Judith Bateson

Project Officer

Judith Bateson joined TPAS Cymru in September 2008. Her responsibilities include the WHQS Programme, Environmental Standards and Training Needs Analysis

Clair Buckley

Support Services Manager

Clair joined the TPAS Cymru team in August 2010. Clair’s responsibilities are for the management of the administration team.  She is also reponsible for the management of Corporate Services such as HR, facilities and events (including our annual conference).  Clair is also the point of contact for Management Committee and AGM.

Gail Lewis

Administrator

Gail is an Administrator for the South Wales Office and has been worked for TPAS Cymru for over 15 years. During this time she has undertaken many different roles and Gail is currently responsible primarily for the administration of membership of TPAS Cymru and sponsorship of TPAS events as well as supporting the marketing team.

North Wales

David Lloyd

Director

David joined TPAS Cymru in November 2005. He’s a qualified and experienced housing professional, having worked in the Housing Association movement and Local Government. David’s role is to manage the team’s day to day operations ensuring that staff are able to support members to develop and operate effective tenant participation through providing advice, support and delivering projects and training. David keeps up to date with practice by having a “hands on” role in some projects.

Helen Williams

Project Officer

Helen joined TPAS Cymru in July 2007. She previously worked as a Rural Housing Enabler in Conwy and Denbighshire and prior to that was a CAB Caseworker for 10 years. Helen’s role in TPAS Cymru is to ensure that effective tenant participation is developed and operated between landlords and their tenants through training, consultancy and general advice. Helen is the TPAS Cymru contact for landlords and their tenants in the western part of North Wales.

Iona Robertson

Office Manager

Iona is the Office Manager and is responsible for efficient and customer focused administration. She has worked for TPAS for 10 years and as the mainstay of the office, has provided essential administrative support to the team and clients in that time. She is the organisation’s translator which enables TPAS to provide a comprehensive bilingual service to all members.
