David joined TPAS Cymru in November 2005. He’s a qualified and experienced housing professional, having worked in the Housing Association movement and Local Government. David’s role is to manage the team’s day to day operations ensuring that staff are able to support members to develop and operate effective tenant participation through providing advice, support and delivering projects and training. David keeps up to date with practice by having a “hands on” role in some projects
Helen joined TPAS Cymru in July 2007. She previously worked as a Rural Housing Enabler in Conwy and Denbighshire and prior to that was a CAB caseworker for 10 years. Helen’s role in TPAS is to ensure that effective tenant participation is developed and operated between landlord and their tenants through providing bilingual training, consultancy and general advice. Helen is the TPAS contact for landlords and tenants in the western part of North Wales
Iona is the Office Manager and is responsible for efficient and customer focused administration. She has worked for TPAS since 1997 and as the mainstay of the office, has provided essential administrative support to the team and clients in that time. She is the organisation’s translator which enables TPAS to provide a comprehensive and responsive bilingual service to all members

Clair joined the TPAS Cymru team in August 2010. Clair’s responsibilities are managing the administrative team. She is also responsible for the management of Corporate Services, such as HR, facilities and events (including our annual conference). Clair is also the point of contact for the Management Committee and the Annual General Meeting
Nina Langrish is the Project Officer for South Wales who has been working in the voluntary sector, social housing and supported housing for the last ten years. Nina began her post in March 2006, and is responsible for ensuring that a quality service is delivered to our members. Nina has a range of knowledge and experience, which will contribute to the growth and development of the organisation; she is especially keen to develop the membership and supported housing services to that sector
Gail works as an administrator in the South Wales Office, and has been working for TPAS Cymru for over 15 years. During this period, she has taken on many different roles and at the moment, Gail is primarily responsible for the administration of the TPAS Cymru membership and for sponsorship of TPAS Cymru events and she also supports the marketing team
Zhanar is TPAS Cymru’s Finance Officer. She joined TPAS Cymru in January 2015. She is responsible for maintaining the accounts on a daily basis, so she is the one to look out for, if you owe us money!
